Jim Pietrangelo

With over two decades of experience as a family law lawyer, including a wealth of successful court and trial experience, I understand the litigation process and have brought successful results to clients.

Along the way I have found an alternative to litigation, which involves a less expensive, and less stressful process. It is a process called mediation.

As a family law mediator, I am able to incorporate my 2 decades of court experience into a mediation process that will allow you to take hold of your own destiny and permit a creative solution that courts cannot offer.

I provide my clients with the personal attention that you deserve. We will communicate regularly on essential issues. We will work as a team with a goal of solving the problem quickly and with just results.

I was called to the bar in 2002 and have practiced exclusively in family law since 2002. I am trained in Collaborative Family Law and I have been a Children’s lawyer for the past 10 years.

On a personal note, I’m down to earth and enjoy attending small venue indie/rock concerts. I attempt to play drums and enjoy sitting on the couch with my pups while watching the newest F1 car race.

Danielle Kinnear-Pietrangelo

As a paralegal with 2 decades of experience in the legal profession, I have developed a diverse set of skills and abilities that enable me to handle various types of cases and clients. I am proficient in legal document preparation, oral advocacy, and I have a strong aptitude for detail, logic, and problem-solving.

In addition to my legal expertise, I am also a passionate animal advocate who has been fostering behaviourally challenged animals for several years. I have obtained my training certification specializing in force-free and positive reinforcement techniques, and I have volunteered with various shelters and trainers to gain knowledge and experience in animal welfare. I believe that by combining my paralegal skills and my animal rights mission, I can make a positive difference in the world.

Law can be intimidating. As a paralegal, I will work directly with you to make sure you get the services you need.

I’m an advocate at heart and I’m dedicated to ensuring that you have a voice in resolving your legal matter.
